Country Classification

1. Country Classification

1.1 Dashboard

The user can view the defined country classification in the system by navigating to the ‘Country Classification’ screen in the Master Data from the left navigation panel as follows:

  • New Country Classification: the user can add a new country classification by clicking on the New Country Classification button.

  • Export: the user can export the list as an Excel file by selecting the export button from More Actions.

  • Import: the user can upload the list as an Excel file by selecting the import button from More Actions.

  • Download Template: the user can download a certain detail from the dashboard by selecting Download Template from More Actions.

  • Filters: the user can search for the country classification by name.

  • Search: the user can search for the country classification by typing code.

  • Rows Per Page: the user can select the number of items to show on each page.

  • Action: by clicking on Actions, the user can edit the country classification from the edit classification section and delete the country classification.

1.1.1 Edit Information

The user can edit the information of an existing country classification by navigating to the 'Country Classification' screen and clicking on Edit from Actions via Master Data.

1.1.2 Delete Country Classification

The user can delete the information of an existing country classification by navigating to the 'Country Classification' screen and clicking on Delete from Actions via Master Data.

1.2 Add New Country Classification

The user can create a new country classification by clicking on New Country Classification by navigating to the ‘Country Classification’ screen via the Master Data.

  • Code: this field represents the country classification alphanumeric value.

  • Name: this field represents the country classification name.

  • Description: this field represents a detailed description of the country classification.

  • Country Classification Name (English): this field represents the country classification name in english.

  • Country Classification Name (Arabic): this field represents the country classification name in arabic.

By clicking on Add, the country classification will be added successfully to the system.
