1. Global Priorities

1.1 Dashboard

The user can view the defined global priorities in the system by navigating to the ‘Global Priorities’ screen in the Address Hub from the left navigation panel as follows:

  • Create Global Priorities: the user can add new global priorities by clicking on “Create Global Priorities” button.

  • Filters: the user can search for the address by type.

  • Action: by clicking on this button the user can edit, delete priorities.

1.1.1 Edit Global Priorities

The user can edit an existing global priorities by clicking on Edit from Actions by navigating to the ‘Global Priorities’ screen via the Address Hub module .

1.1.2 Delete Global Priorities

The user can delete an existing global service by clicking on Delete from Actions by navigating to the ‘Global Priorities’ screen via the Address Hub.

1.2 Add New Global Priorities

The user can create a new global priorities by clicking on Create Global Priorities by navigating to the ‘Global Priorities’ screen via the Address Hub.

  • Product Group: this field represents the delivery service.

  • Product Type: this field represents the delivery service type e(express DOM, express international…..etc.)

  • Sub Product Type: this field represents the delivery service sub type(banks, government documents, …….etc.).

  • Priority Type: this field represents the type of priority.

  • Priority Number: this field represents the number of the priority.

By clicking on Save Changes the global priorities will be added successfully.
